Each stay includes Bod Pod testing, a daily massage, fitness programming, and the kind of results that show up long after check-out: fat loss, improved sleep, clearer skin, lower cholesterol and better mood.

A Day in the Life at The Ranch
  • Wake-up with Tibetan chimes

You’ll find no gluten, dairy, soy, processed sugars, or artificial anything—but you will find flavor. Vibrant, satisfying, and designed to restore energy, improve digestion, and support deep cellular renewal.

Meals are paired with garden tours and cooking demonstrations, helping guests understand why what they’re eating matters—and how to bring those habits home.

And yes, if weight loss isn’t your goal, larger portions are absolutely available. It’s always about balance.

Our COZY Experience

Even though we were only at The Ranch for the day, the experience stayed with us long after we left. There’s a quiet intentionality here that shifts something inside you. Nothing is rushed. Everything has purpose.

Selene welcomed us with warmth and ease, offering a true behind-the-scenes glimpse into the lifestyle of The Ranch. We started with a hike along eucalyptus-scented trails overlooking the Pacific—grounding, expansive, and surprisingly meditative.

Later, I had a private yoga session that met me right where I was—sore from an early-morning CrossFit class, but open to softness. That one hour brought so much release, mentally and physically.

Then came the food. And wow. Every dish was vibrant, clean, and full of flavor. Not restrictive, not performative—just deeply nourishing. It felt like eating with intention, not rules.

But what stuck with us most was the space. Physical space to move and breathe. Mental space to slow down. Emotional space to reset. The Ranch reminds you that rest isn’t indulgent—it’s necessary. And in that stillness, something quietly shifts.
