There are certain moments in business that feel difficult to explain while they are happening.
Not because they are loud.
Usually, it is the opposite.
The meaningful ones tend to arrive quietly. Somewhere between exhaustion, excitement, gratitude and disbelief.
A phone call.
A pause after hearing the words.
A moment where everything suddenly feels very far away and incredibly close at the same time.
This week, COZY Travel was officially named a Forbes Travel Guide-Endorsed Agency, an invitation-only program.

Even writing that sentence still feels surreal.
For many people, Forbes Travel Guide represents the global authority on luxury hospitality, with a reputation built on exceptional service, attention to detail and independently verified standards.
For us, the recognition carries a very personal meaning.
Because COZY was never built around status.
It was built around feeling.

The feeling of arriving somewhere and immediately exhaling.
The feeling of being understood without needing to explain yourself repeatedly.
The feeling of a hotel remembering your coffee order.
Of a perfectly timed airport transfer after a delayed flight.
Of a dinner table that somehow becomes the memory you carry home most vividly.
Luxury, for us, has always lived in those moments.

Not in excess.
Not in performance.
Not in perfection.
Just care.
And maybe that is why this recognition feels so emotional for us.
Because when we started COZY, we were not trying to create another luxury travel company. We were trying to create the kind of company we felt was missing in the industry.

One where relationships mattered more than numbers.
One where independent advisors felt genuinely supported.
One where storytelling, culture, hospitality and community could exist together naturally.
One where travel still felt human.

Over the past year, COZY has grown in ways we could have never imagined. New advisors. New hotel partnerships. New friendships. New opportunities that once felt impossibly far away.
But behind every milestone has been the same intention we started with from day one.
To make people feel something.
Being recognized as a Forbes Travel Guide Endorsed Agency is not a finish line for us.

If anything, it feels like confirmation that the quieter approach still matters. That hospitality still matters. That details still matter. That warmth, taste, care and emotional intelligence still have a place in modern luxury travel.
And most importantly, it reminds us that the future of travel does not need to feel transactional.
It can still feel personal.
To our advisors, hotel partners, clients, friends, and everyone who has supported COZY from the beginning, thank you for believing in what we are building.
This recognition belongs to all of us.
We are just getting started.
Stay COZY.
