Day One
Arrival & Local Flavours
After arriving at Vágar Airport, meet your private driver for the transfer to your villa or hotel.
Rather than filling the first day with sightseeing, embrace the slower rhythm that defines the islands. The drive itself introduces you to dramatic mountains, narrow fjords, colorful villages, and waterfalls that seem to appear around every corner.
Spend the afternoon settling into your surroundings, allowing yourself time to simply enjoy the landscape.
For dinner, reserve a table at Áarstova, one of the country’s most beloved restaurants. Located inside a centuries-old timber house in the center of Tórshavn, the restaurant celebrates traditional Faroese ingredients with refined simplicity. Lamb is the signature, although fresh seafood and locally sourced produce are equally memorable.
It’s an ideal first introduction to Faroese hospitality.
Day Two
Sea Cliffs, Hidden Landscapes & Home Hospitality
Weather permitting, begin the morning aboard a private boat exploring the dramatic coastline surrounding Drangarnir, the Faroe Islands’ iconic sea stacks.
Experiencing these formations from the water offers a completely different perspective. Towering basalt cliffs rise directly from the Atlantic while seabirds circle overhead, creating one of the archipelago’s most unforgettable landscapes.
If conditions allow, continue to Trælanípa, often called the “floating lake.” The relatively easy hike leads to an optical illusion where Lake Sørvágsvatn appears suspended hundreds of feet above the ocean. It’s one of the Faroe Islands’ most photographed viewpoints, yet still feels remarkably untouched.
In the evening, step away from the restaurant scene for a private home-hosted dinner in Tórshavn.

If time permits, continue to Saksun, one of the Faroe Islands’ most picturesque villages. Surrounded by steep mountains and overlooking a tidal lagoon that reveals a black sand beach at low tide, it captures the quiet beauty that has made the Faroes increasingly sought after by photographers and nature lovers alike.
Conclude your journey with dinner at PAZ, the newest restaurant from two Michelin-starred Faroese chef Poul Andrias Ziska.
Widely regarded as one of the leading voices in New Nordic cuisine, Ziska crafts seasonal tasting menus built almost entirely around local ingredients. Each course tells a story about the islands, making it one of the country’s most memorable dining experiences.
Day Four
Departure
After breakfast, enjoy a private transfer to Vágar Airport.
